This Privacy Policy explains how Renew Your Recipe LLC Team ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By using GodMap, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand how your information will be handled.
1. Information We Collect

Account Information
- Name, email address, and profile photo when you register
- Username, biography, and other profile details you choose to provide
- Authentication details supplied through third-party sign-in providers such as Google or Apple
Content You Create
- Photos, text, notes, reflections, comments, reactions, and other content you upload or publish, including "Footprints"
- Messages, reports, support requests, and other communications you send to us
Church Directory and Affiliation Information
- Church names, street addresses, and related listing information we obtain from public, licensed, submitted, or other sources we reasonably believe we may lawfully use
- The church you select in the App
- Content you choose to associate with a church listing
- Requests from churches or users to correct, update, or remove church-related listings or content
Location Information
- Geographic location you provide or permit us to access when creating a Footprint
- Location-related metadata contained in content you upload, if enabled on your device or media
Usage and Device Information
- Device model, operating system, app version, identifiers, language, time zone, and approximate diagnostic information
- Crash logs, performance information, analytics events, and feature usage data
Subscription and Transaction Information
- Purchase history for premium services
- Subscription status and receipt-related information managed by our payment and subscription providers
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use your information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve GodMap
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Display church listings and organize Footprints or other content by church
- Enable social, community, and discovery features
- Process purchases, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support
- Send transactional messages, service announcements, reminders, and updates
- Moderate content, investigate complaints, enforce our policies, and protect users, churches, and third parties
- Monitor usage trends, troubleshoot issues, and improve product performance
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
3. Church Listings and Sensitive Affiliation Data
GodMap may display churches and other ministries to help users identify communities and publish content under a selected church.
Public Church Directory Information
We may display church names, addresses, and related factual listing information obtained from public sources, user or representative submissions, licensors, or other sources we reasonably believe we may lawfully use. Inclusion of a church in the App does not by itself mean that the church is affiliated with, endorses, sponsors, or approves of GodMap.
Church Selection and Religious Affiliation
If you select a church, follow a church, or choose to publish a Footprint under a church listing, you may reveal information about your religious beliefs, religious affiliation, or place of worship. In some jurisdictions, this may be considered sensitive personal information. We process that information to provide the features you request, display content as directed by you, maintain the integrity of church-linked content, protect users and third parties, and comply with law. Where required by law, we rely on your consent or another lawful basis available to us.
Public Visibility of Church-Linked Content
If you choose to associate content with a church listing, your profile information, Footprints, comments, timestamps, and related content may be visible to other users in connection with that church listing. Please do not post content you do not want publicly associated with you or a church.
Accuracy and Correction Requests
We do not guarantee that church listings are complete, accurate, or current. If you believe a church listing or church-linked content is inaccurate, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate, you may contact us at dev@renewyourrecipe.com. We may investigate and update, restrict, or remove the material in our discretion and as required by law.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to help operate the App. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms:
Firebase (Google)
- Authentication, database, storage, analytics, and supporting infrastructure

- To other users when you publish content, make profile information public, or associate content with a church listing
- To service providers, contractors, and vendors that help us operate the App
- To investigate, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, safety incidents, rights violations, or policy breaches
- To comply with law, legal process, governmental requests, or enforceable rights
- In connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets
- To protect the rights, property, safety, and legal interests of Renew Your Recipe LLC Team, our users, churches, or other third parties
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
After account deletion or a valid deletion request:
- We may delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period
- Public content, backups, logs, or legal records may persist for a limited time
- We may retain information needed for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data and the reasons it was collected.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your account or certain personal information

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and you use the App at your own risk.
9. Children's Privacy
GodMap is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at dev@renewyourrecipe.com and we will review the report and take appropriate action.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations, subject to safeguards we consider appropriate where required by law.
11. California Privacy Disclosures
California residents may have additional rights under applicable law, including rights to know, access, delete, and correct certain personal information, as well as the right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information as the term "sell" is traditionally understood. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date, posting the revised policy in the App, or providing additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy means you acknowledge the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
