Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using GodMap ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Renew Your Recipe LLC Team ("we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GodMap. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the App will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian

2. Accounts and Registration

Certain features require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your credentials secure and confidential
• Promptly notify us of unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or otherwise harm the App or its users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GodMap to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right
• Post content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate another person or entity or falsely suggest affiliation, endorsement, employment, or authorization
• Upload malware, malicious code, spam, or harmful automated requests
• Scrape, copy, harvest, or collect user or church information without authorization
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or circumvent the App, its security, or related systems
• Use the App in a way that invades another person's privacy or discloses another person's confidential, private, or personal information without lawful authority

We may determine, in our sole discretion and subject to applicable law, what conduct violates these Terms.

4. Church Listings and Organization Pages

The App may display church names, addresses, and related information to help users identify churches and organize content.

5. User Content and Church-Linked Footprints

You retain ownership of content you create ("User Content"), including Footprints, photos, notes, comments, and related materials. By submitting or posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, improve, secure, promote, and enforce the App and these Terms.

6. Content Moderation and Account Enforcement

We may take any action we consider appropriate to protect the App, our users, churches, and third parties, including:

• Removing, editing, or refusing to display content
• Restricting access to listings, features, or accounts
• Suspending or terminating accounts
• Investigating complaints, reports, and legal claims
• Reporting suspected unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities

Grounds for enforcement may include suspected infringement, false affiliation claims, privacy violations, harassment, fraud, abusive behavior, or any other conduct we believe creates legal, safety, or operational risk.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

GodMap may offer premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.

We may use RevenueCat or similar providers to manage purchase and subscription information.

8. Intellectual Property

GodMap, including its software, design, arrangement, branding, features, text, graphics, and other non-user content, is owned by Renew Your Recipe LLC Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit the App except as expressly permitted
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law from restricting that activity
• Remove proprietary notices
• Use our name, branding, or marks without permission

9. Disclaimers of Warranties

WE DISCLAIM, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT:

• That any church listing, user affiliation, Footprint, or other content is accurate, complete, current, or reliable
• That the App will always be available or function without interruption
• That defects will be corrected
• That the App or its servers are free of harmful components

YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Renew Your Recipe LLC Team AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER CONTENT, CHURCH LISTINGS, FALSE AFFILIATION CLAIMS, OR THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERRUPTION, DELAY, INACCURACY, UNAVAILABILITY, OR SECURITY INCIDENTS
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON THE APP OR CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH IT

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Renew Your Recipe LLC Team and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, investigations, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the App
• Your User Content, including church-linked Footprints
• Your false claim of affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorization from a church or other person or entity
• Your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or defamation rights

12. Third-Party Services

The App may include links to or integrations with third-party services, content, products, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, practices, or terms. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the App, any feature, any listing, or these Terms at any time.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we may provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date, posting the revised Terms in the App, or providing additional notice where appropriate. By continuing to use the App after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Renew Your Recipe LLC Team is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a claim, you and we agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action, except where such waiver is prohibited by law.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and Renew Your Recipe LLC Team regarding the App and supersede prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
