Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using GodMap ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Renew Your Recipe LLC Team ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GodMap. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use will not violate any applicable laws
• If under 18, you have parental or guardian consent

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use GodMap to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Collect user information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

We have the sole right to determine what constitutes a violation of these guidelines.

5. Content Moderation and Account Termination

We reserve the absolute right to:

• Remove, edit, or refuse to post any content for any reason
• Suspend or terminate your account without prior notice
• Block users who violate community standards
• Take action against accounts engaged in abuse or harassment

We are not required to provide reasons for content removal or account termination. All decisions are final and at our sole discretion.

• MERCHANTABILITY

• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be available at all times
• Results from the App will be accurate
• Defects will be corrected

YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Renew Your Recipe LLC Team SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USER CONTENT
• DAMAGES FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTION
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
• ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renew Your Recipe LLC Team and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content or practices
• Privacy policies of third parties
• Availability of third-party services

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

12. Modifications to the App and Terms

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Renew Your Recipe LLC Team is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation
3. Binding arbitration (waiving right to jury trial and class actions)

You agree that any claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renew Your Recipe LLC Team regarding the use of GodMap and supersede any prior agreements.
